Being a part of an Education Outsourcing Company we get requirement of teachers and trainers from different part of the world but some requirement really surprise us and I am really worried about that.


Why attractive female Teachers are required in real learning environment

Being a part of an Education Outsourcing Company we get requirement of teachers and trainers from different part of the world but some requirement really surprise us and I am really worried about that. There are certain instance when we get requirement from Schools, College or Education domain Organization need "Attractive female Teacher".  I am not sure why there is a need of Attractive female Teacher in real learning environment. If organizations will raise such demand then they will spoil quality and future of education, its same as bringing difference of gender, caste, ethnicity, religion into an education system.
What if teachers ask for attractive School Chairman, attractive parents and attractive students. Amongst the greatest of all services that can be rendered by human race to Almighty God, is the education and training of children. Those who think that they can run education business like this then I would request them to stay away from education domain. The teacher-pupil relationship is much more parental so I would expect everyone to value that.
Most importantly, the teacher's lesson should be interesting to keep all the students awake and attentive during session. I don't think attractiveness, or personality or anything else, of the teacher makes any real difference at all. The onus is on the organization to monitor and evaluate what is being taught. Any Organization who thinks that the teacher matter is immature, and it's their fault.
This is food for thought for everyone who is part of education domain. I really oppose idea of giving preference to attractive female teachers in learning environment, opportunities should be given to talented and well qualified teachers irrespective of their gender, caste, religion, ethnicity and looks.  I hope many of you will agree to this point.
